The App uses Google OAuth2 for authentication and the Google Drive API (drive.file scope) to read and write files exclusively within the StarLog folder on your Drive.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StarLog. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Access to StarLog requires signing in with a valid Google Account. You are responsible for:
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Google Account.
You own all content you create with StarLog. All journal entries, videos, audio recordings, and text logs are stored in your personal Google Drive and remain entirely under your control.
By using the App, you grant StarLog a limited, non-exclusive license to access and manage your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (creating folders, saving files, reading entries).
You are solely responsible for the content you record and store. You agree not to use StarLog to:
StarLog's use of Google Drive API data is limited to the features described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

The StarLog application, including its design, interface, and code (excluding your personal content), is the intellectual property of Benteck XYZ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
You use the App at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backups of important content outside Google Drive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarLog and Benteck XYZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using StarLog at any time. You can revoke the App's access to your Google Account by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
